Modern well furnished one storey villa (243 m²) with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) located on 3.060 m5 land with
mature landscaped garden and total privacy. Three small steps lead you from the bed- and bathroom area down to the sitting- and
dining room with TV, DVD and radio (there is also a TV in one of the bedrooms). From the sitting room you enter the well equipped
modern kitchen. Kitchen equipped with: fridge/deep freezer, dishwasher, vitreous ceramic plate and oven and pantry with washing machine.
French doors lead to the covered terrasse and pool area.
Size of pool: 10m x 5m (depth:1m to 2m).
All bedrooms have king size beds (2m x 2m) with 2 mattresses.
Both bathrooms have bath and shower and there is a separate cloakroom.
The villa is ideal for up to 6 people during summer and winter.
The covered terrasse allows you to relax in the shadow with lunch during the summer.
The villa is equipped with floor heating and double glazing which makes a comfortable inside temperature of 22°C - 24°C during the winter in
all rooms. The barbeque is in the garden near the pool.
There is maid service twice per week. The villa management is located in Carvoeiro (open six days per week).
